The morning started with Asher running outside and playing on his birthday present from mom and dad, Asher and Owen even got to eat Oatmeal on the picnic table under the fort.
The Lightning McQueen Birthday Party started at 4:00 and we played Red Light Green Light
Then we ate Hamburgers and Hot dogs with all our friends
We all took a few turns on the pinata before it busted
Then it was cake and Ice cream time, I have to say making your own cake takes alot of time, but I sure was proud of the end product.
Asher got a ton of cool presents from a remote control helicopter to matchbox cars and even play dough, he has played with everything non stop since his birthday
Then we knew the party was over when Cousin Tavin took his pants off!

Someone for hire....
Well I am lucky enough to know some pretty cool people in my life, And someone I have known for a few years now, is brave enough to show her talents, I have to say I am jealous of her, I wish I could take pictures like she can, maybe she will teach me...Camille....
Being a mom, there is nothing you want more than to capture you kids growing up, weather it be little everyday things or when you try to get some really good family photos.
Camille was kind enough to bare the 2 and 1/2 hour drive to do just that, and Kelly as well, he was kind of the go-to guy, he made Owen smile which I was doubting would be done. He also helped haul my whole family around the entire town, and it was about 100 degrees outside which didn't help anything.
Thank you both so much.
My kids really didn't want to cooperate, so seeing these pictures makes me think 2 things, I have really cute kids and I am really happy to have friends. If you want some really awesome photos I might give you Camille's number, she is thinking of making a business out of this.

A name and a blessing
What a lovely Sunday, We were at the church by 11:30 (barely on time) Devron gave the best blessing I have ever heard. Then Eliza's cousin Cooper was also blessed with her on the same day, in the same church! Fun!
Then we went over to the Mendon Station to have a great lunch of BBQ Pork and wonderful salads and desserts. Yummy Yummy!
But the fun didn't stop there, it was picture time! The weather was perfect and we had lots of family stay for the evening with us. It was a good time to catch up with everyone.
I think we were having so much fun that some of the guests, Molly and Abby Byrnes (2 of the cutest girls I know), couldn't resist a nap...
and at the end of the night, we enjoyed a story by uncle Mike and then I think moments later my boys were fast asleep.
